[Everything is terrible and Zelda has no time to mourn forever. She needs to make plans and solidify alliances. And so she is making invitations to her dressing room whenever boys are available.]

[Oh he would normally love to make a crude joke about invitations to dressing rooms, but maybe now's a bad time.]

[Instead he's subdued as he comes in carrying a drink caddy with several items from the fast food menu. Iced tea, mango pineapple smoothie, coffee, caramel mocha, oreo mcflurry, etc...]

[The first thing he says is an apology.]

[Niles this is awful you're going to make her cry again. Zelda looks away from him sharply, taking a deep breath and pressing her hand against her eyes before looking back. Her eyes are still slightly red, but other than that she looks entirely composed.] Thank you. I do not intend to let this stand.

Drink something. I bet you're thirsty.

[Takes an iced tea for himself and sits on the floor.]

[Zelda nods and opts for the iced tea, because it's cold and has a straw which is good when she still has difficulty with her hands.] It has been a long day. But it's not over. I... I heard, there were to be two hotel passes this round. I saw Ene's sacrifice, but, have we seen anything of the other? I'm afraid I've been... distracted.

Poison gas.

One of the sets is sealed off now. It seems the victims are being taken care of... likely by more capable hands than mine...

[Since Corrin doesn't trust anyone else to handle this matter with any dignity that Link deserved, he took it upon himself to take care of Link's body. He even handled the fire better far better than the last time they burned a body.

So after this task, that took time, he approaches the room. He still felt unsure of what to say about all of this...]

I'm sorry for the wait, Zelda... But I promise that it's been handled with the dignity that he deserved.

[Zelda clenches her fists. At first, she'd wanted to keep his body preserved so they could at least try the shrine of resurrection, but she knew in her heart that wouldn't work. It would be far too late, by the time they escaped and managed to make it there, Link would have been too far gone for the shrine to heal him at all. And it would be too late to stop Ganon. No, the best course of action is to make a deal with McDonald about her grand prize. She'd said some prayers over Link before she left, Zelda felt bad for not being with him until the end but she just couldn't bear to watch him burn again. She feels her eyes stinging at the thought and blinks back tears, glancing away for a moment to compose herself. No more crying.] Thank you Corrin. I... I'm sorry, I couldn't have been of more help. Thank you for taking care of him.

[He looks a bit tired himself. He might have cried a bit while he was alone too, but he mustn't worry her! Stay composed, prince. He laid a hand on Zelda's shoulder gently, to avoid aggressivating burns, before taking it back. ]

It's alright. I could not find it in me to ask you to do such a thing, even if you were able to. If anything, I should apologize to you. This was the least I could do to hope you could forgive Niles and I. [We could have done more...]

[Zelda looks up at him, holding his gaze, and reaches to clasp the hand that he pulls away. She cannot do it very firmly, her hands are still burned beyond proper use, but she trusts he won't try to pull away.] You have done nothing to apologise for. It's thanks to you and Niles, your treatment and your portection, that I'm alive and able to talk to you now. I'm grateful, and I know Link would be too. His injuries were just... too severe.

[ His eyes widen a bit but then he relaxes at the touch. It wasn't expected and thought he didn't deserve it. But he doesn't pull away. How could he? She was one of the few around here he trusted. And more than anything, he wanted to help her. He also wanted to help Link, So he it was predictable that he'd come here with apologies.

But to hear Zelda say that... To assure him...

His smile is less forced and more genuine. ]

Y-You're right... I'm more than relieved to know you are at least able to talk to us and able to keep helping us. I have no intentions of fulfilling roles, but I feel I should keep a close watch for you from now on.

[OKAY BOTH BOYS ARE HERE, NILES BROUGHT DRINKS, LET'S SIT AND TALK.]

I'd like to thank you both again, for everything you've done for me and for Link. You've both done so much for us. But I called you hear because I need to ask more.

There are two concerns I have. The first, and most time pressing, is the matter of who set off the poison gas. I've had it confirmed that if we can catch that person, and put an end to them, their hotel pass would be redistributed like the votes. I'm not normally in favour of such brutal methods, but things have escalated this far. If we don't make it clear that we will not tolerate attacks against the people here, more will die. Right now, my prime suspect is Snake, but that is only through speculation. Dee and Charlie are also lacking a vote, making them suspects as well, but there is not enough evidence to say so clearly yet.

The second is Lotus, and her allies. Lotus is an untrustworthy woman who has attempted to manipulate both me and Niles, and others. She's willing to lie to implicate her own allies and tried to force me to do her dirty work. I know she's close with the Ushiromiya's, who are also untrustworthy. Rosa has tried to manipulate, bully and harass me into doing what she wants with the votes as well. I'd like to remove them from the competition before they can do more harm, but Lotus is the higher priority. I don't like that she's in charge of the votes now.

Hm... There were a lot of people without votes, but thankfully, getting a vote donated to them should at least make process of elimination easier. I can't help but suspect Snake as well, simply because I personally do not think Dee or Charlie seem capable of planning this? I could be wrong, however. [No, he's not calling the Sunnys dumb! ....Ok, maybe a little dumb.]

I have to say, I haven't been impressed with her attempt to fulfill your role while you are recovering and really only looking out for a group of people that she benefits from...

If what Niles says is true, that even Mary, a supposed friend of hers, was lied to by her... I can also hope the lies catch up to her and she loses some of those allies she has right now. But we can't wait for that when we've gotten to the point she almost went to manipulate someone to volunteer for death and only see someone's death as a gain. If I hadn't locked my vote for Ib for someone else... I might have contemplated the idea of changing my vote to Lotus instead. [But Corrin you'd have a big target on your back after...]

[Sits next to Corrin shoulder-to-shoulder. Gives him a little nudge after he's done talking.]

Remember, her allies might turn on you after you attempt such a thing. We are too vulnerable to act carelessly. It would be all too easy to throw us to the hotel to get us out of the way.

And we should speak to Santa after he returns... he needs to hear that she lied about him to use me. I want to know what he thinks of Lotus.

Dee is a survivor from the previous round, I believe she must have some cunning, or at least be cutthroat enough that we shouldn't rule her out without further investigation. However, I doubt that Snake would give up his own life so easily without a fallback option. I'm wary of her allies as well. The Ushiromiya's would be a problem. However, if what she says this round is true, then she would lose Clover and Snake, and however Santa feels about her I doubt June would be happy to hear her brother is being thrown to the wolves so she can make herself look good, however inept she is at it.

A survivor? [Well color him surprised. ] ...I'd have to look into the chance to attempt to find more evidence, then.

Perhaps we could start with that, then.. In attempt to build some sort of alliance ourselves. If we can get Santa and June to at least be aware of that much that happened... Perhaps we could also fill in Okuyasu on this vote situation, who doesn't seem to have a clue about it. [That he was going ot get freaking asked if he wanted to die/]

He seems to have... some kind of friendship [it sounded like a question when he said it. Those two were weird. Fighting a lot.] with Rohan Kishibe, who is close to Lotus and the Ushiromiyas. but Okuyasu doesn't seem to have a bond with any of them at all. We could trust him? He doesn't spend time with any of them.

How are you feeling? [He... knows it's not the best question to ask when Zelda just lost her girlfriend, but he's at a loss of what else to say. He's not the smartest.. ]

. . . Back at the beginning, I was offered an extra vote if I killed someone. I refused before, but, Mari was so upset, she wanted to go to the hotel... If I'd taken him up on that offer, I could have helped her before this all happened...

If you needed someone to kill to help Mari-chan get to the hotel... I would have offered.

Okuyasu... [Wow that is so scary, but also so brave. Would she really be able to kill Okuyasu? ...But he doesn't have a vote to cover him and she knows that and that's awful.] Thank you. I think...
